All of the orders are delivered on Monday to Friday between 10am to 6pm, delivery period will vary pending on which countries, between 10 to 15 working days.
Malaysia Shipping

All of the orders are delivered on Monday to Saturday between 10am to 6pm, delivery period between 3 to 10 working days.
For East Malaysia shipments, delivery time will be slightly longer due to lack of manpower in courier companies located in Sabah & Sarawak.

Online purchases are eligible for refund only by online store credit from total value of refund. If the goods were found in damaged condition, kindly report to us at info@me-nimal.com immediately with supporting pictures of the damage goods no later than 3 days after receiving the goods. Any report later than 3 days will not be processed.

Shipping How long does delivery take?

How can I track my package’s location and status?
