    Shipping

    How long does delivery take?

    • The average delivery time is 3 to 10 working days. However, an order could take anywhere between 10 -15 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location.
    • Please allow an extra 5 days during the festive period/peak season.We appreciate your patience.

     

    How much does shipping cost?

    • Shipping is free within Malaysia.
    • For South East Asia region we charge a flat rate of $6 with Fedex (5 - 10 business days)
    • For international shipping, we charge a flat rate of $10 - $12 depending on the region with Fedex shipping. 

     

    What countries to you deliver too?

    • We ship to most major countries and cities, ie: US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Canada, UK and etc.

     

    I have entered the wrong shipping information, what should I do?

    • Please contact us via email immediately or within 24 hours. If your package has been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes

     

    How can I track my package’s location and status?

    • You will receive an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. If you need any precise update about your package, it will be the best to call the courier directly

     

    Where does the product ships from?

    • Our product ship directly from our office in Malaysia. So you can rest assured that each product is properly quality checked and fulfillment will be quick

    • We accept payments in multiple currencies via American Express, Mastercard, PayPal and Visa

    Can I cancel or amend my order?

    • If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us Once we have processed your order, we might not be able to make any changes.

    Do I need to pay any duties or taxes?

    • Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Since the charges vary from time to time, we will notify you about whether we are paying the tax at the checkout page. For further details, please contact your local Customs office directly.

    What if the item I received has defect?

    • Online purchases are eligible for return only by online store credit in the form of a 1 time discount code which you can redeem the total value of the refunded goods during check out of your next purchase. Please note that shipping charges will incurred
      If the goods were found in damaged condition, kindly report to us at info@me-nimal.com immediately with supporting pictures of the damage goods no later than 7 days after receiving the goods. Any report later than 7 days will not be processed.

     

    Warranty

    Does the product have warranty?  

    • Some of our product has a 6 months warranty. The warranty starts on the 10th day after the order is placed and only covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear like scratches, dents, rips, tear, loose threads, stain and discoloration.

    Is the product using genuine leather?

    • Yes, we are using premium grade genuine saffiano leather

    Why Saffiano Leather?

    • Saffiano leather is great to the touch and feels premium. The leather is more durable as well. 

    Can i get it in the usual smooth cow leather?

    • Unfortunately, not at the moment. However, if we get enough request, we might consider it. So stay tune! 

    What currency bill size does the wallet fit?

    • The wallet fits most currency bills, ideal for US dollar, Australian dollar, Japanese Yen, Canadian dollar, Singapore dollar and Malaysian Ringgit or any currency bill size within the currencies mentioned. Euro might be a little to large.

    Where is your manufacturer located?

    • Our manufacturer is located at Guangzhou, China

    How do you keep prices so affordable while maintaining good quality?

    • We work with our manufacturer’s original blueprints as the base and make our adjustments and design changes from there. We then go back and forth with our manufacturer in creating the prototype to achieve the desired design and quality before moving on to actual production.
