Product Warranty

We have a 6 months warranty for some of our products. Please refer to the terms and description below.

Our 6 months warranty applies to all of our ME-FIT series wallet. 

The warranty period starts from the 10th day after you place the order. 

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear like scratches, dents, rips, tear, loose threads, stain and discoloration.

To claim the warranty, you must provide us with proof of the original date of purchase. Once verified, please send the item back to us (return shipping fees is not covered by us) making sure the item is still intact or as close to it's original state as possible

We will then investigate the cause of the defect and decide on a replacement. We will then ship a new unit to you.
